What we are looking for when hiring new people on to our team:

Someone who brings goodness, integrity, honesty, and kindness.  Our clients are our number one priority and it is important that whoever we hire knows that.   We need team members who are willing to be flexible to meet the client needs and be understanding in that life does not always go as planned but our number one goal will always be to meet our clients need.
 
 

Steps you need to take for completing our hiring process:

 
1.  Download and complete our employment application (available here)
 
2.  Call the office at 425-647-8510 and schedule an appointment (please do not just drop by the office as we are often out in the field with our clients)  OR you can come by our open house on Thursdays between the hours of 9:00am and noon (if you want to come by outside of the open house time frame you MUST schedule an appointment)
 
3.  Must have all of the following documentation with you when you come in for an appointment or the open house
                   a.  Current License (NAR, CNA or Home health Care Aid)
                   b.  Current TB Test results (must have been done within the last year)
                   c.  Current CPR/First Aid card
                   d.  Current Food Handlers Permit
                   e.   photo id
                   f.  social security card
                   g.  All of your training certificates (ex. nurse delegation, 75 hours, diabetes special focus,etc)
